Is it legal to buy these in Ontario?
Yes. Tobacco sold by an Indigenous retailer on reserve territory is legal. The sale is made on Six Nations of the Grand River, and Canada Post carries it to you with age verification at delivery.
How long does delivery take to Ontario?
Canada Post Xpresspost, 2–3 business days from the day your e-Transfer clears. Every order is tracked and the number comes by email.
What does a carton actually cost me?
Budget cartons are $24.95 on their own and drop to $17.25 at thirty in the group — $1.73 a pack, 8.6¢ a cigarette. The same carton in a Ontario shop is $90–$160.
How old do I have to be?
The legal tobacco age in Ontario is 19. Canada Post checks government-issued photo ID at the door and will not leave the parcel without it.
Do I get free shipping?
Orders over $250 of Budget, Standard or Crush ship free anywhere in Ontario. Premium brands never count toward that minimum, whatever the quantity. Otherwise shipping is $24 flat.
How do I pay?
